Walt Disney Co broke ground on its long-awaited
Shanghai Disneyland theme park in China's financial hub on Friday,
banking on new attractions to draw millions of visitors and boost its profits in the region.

ウォルト・ディズニーは８日、「上海ディズニーリゾート」の建設に着工した。
現地企業との合弁で、総投資額は約290億元（約3770億円）。2015年にも開業する。
アジアのディズニーランドとしては、東京、香港に続き、３カ所目。
広さは約3.9平方ｋｍで、「東京ディズニーリゾート」の約２倍。
