「ウィキリークス」は、アメリカ外交当局の機密文書を公開しました。
今年２月にソウルのアメリカ大使館が作成した文書は
当時の韓国外交通商省のチョン・ヨンウ第２次官が、アメリカ大使に対し
「北朝鮮はすでに経済的に破綻している。キム・ジョンイル総書記が死去すれば
２、３年のうちに政治的にも崩壊するだろう」という見方を伝えたと報告しています。
