The Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities
shows a recently discovered black granite statue of
King Amenhotep III in the southern Egyptian town of Luxor.
Archaeologists discovered two huge statues of
King Amenhotep III (1411-1375 BC), father of Akhenaten,
pharaoh of Egypt, at the Colossi of Memnon site.
